Last Line and 116

Hey everyone happy Monday! I hope you’re all having a great day, today’s last line and 116 is from Jennifer Irwin’s award winning debut A Dress the Color of the Sky! I’m currently rereading it and it’s a million times better the second time around, if you’ve read it I recommend giving it a reread at some point! I will post another review once I finish rereading. 🙂

Last Line: “At one with my donkey skin, she blanketed me with everything I needed.”

116: “It’s mom. Pack your bags. You’re headed to Edith Woodson Academy. A girl with a full scholarship got sick, and you were next in line.”
