My Thoughts:  I requested this book in hopes of get a little bit of insight on anxiety. I think that it gives very good insight on what people who suffer with anxiety go through. I definitely recommend this to anyone, I liked the different coping mechanisms they wrote about in the book, especially where the authors helped readers to create an Anxiety Survival Guide type thing.

I recommend reading this is you suffer from anxiety or know of someone who does.
